Terms and Conditions

  • For Cancellation on flights tickets the rules of Airline will apply with Service charge.
  • Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability.
  • Flight re-schedule or flight cancellation is sole discretion of flight company. We will not be liable to that. If it effects to your travel plan in that case also, we are not liable.
  • Once the amount paid as an advance for confirmation of International or Domestic Trip/Holiday/Vacation package or Tour is totally non-refundable.
  • The passport should have a validity of 6 months from the date of return.
  • If the client will advise for re-schedule/re-issue of flight or Cancellation of flight then charges will be applicable with Service charge. Re-schedule/re-issue or Cancellation of Holiday plan will be also done with applicable charge along with Service Charges.
  • On Hotels or any type of accommodation – their own policy will apply if it is directly booked with them, if hotels are booked by online portal, then policy of same will be applicable and if the Hotel is done from a DMC or by any of our on-ground partner then their policy will apply. Maakan Technologies (Roverfly) will not be liable to that.
  • If Sightseeing, Tours and Transfers are Cancelled 60 days before the travel plan then 30% Cancellation will be charged.
  • If Sightseeing, Tours and Transfers are Cancelled 45 days before the travel plan then 50% Cancellation will be charged.
  • If Sightseeing, Tours and Transfers are Cancelled 30 days before the travel plan then 70% Cancellation will be charged.
  • If Sightseeing, Tours and Transfers are Cancelled 15 days before the travel plan then Full amount of Cancellation will be Applied.
  • We need Full payment 20 days before the departure of client.
  • No refund will be applicable in case of Visa Application or rejection.
  • Any changes during the tour are not possible.
  • No refund for any unused service before or after the tour.
  • Client has provide all documents required for doing the visa without any delay.
  • MAAKAN TECHNOLOGIES (Roverfly) will not be liable for any type of natural incident or anything.
  • MAAKAN TECHNOLOGIES (Roverfly) can use images of the client for Marketing Purposes.
  • MAAKAN TECHNOLOGIES (Roverfly) will not be responsible for any delays in the Visa acceptance or refusal.
  • MAAKAN TECHNOLOGIES (Roverfly) will not be responsible for any delays in the Visa acceptance or refusal.
